We collect only what we need to run an editorial platform: the details you send with a submission or creative application, and the name and email address you give us when you subscribe to the newsletter.

Submission and application details are visible to our editorial team only. Information you ask us to publish on a creative profile — name, city, country, bio, links, contact address — becomes public once the profile is approved.

Newsletter data is used to send THE WEEK IN FASHION and nothing else. Every issue includes an unsubscribe option, and you can ask us to remove your address at any time.

You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or full deletion by contacting us. We remove approved profiles on request.

We do not sell personal data. Images you upload are stored privately until an editor publishes them as part of a story or profile.
